How do I get my shoes repaired?

- Get in touch with us via whatsapp and send us photos of your shoes that need cleaning and repairs. You'll get an instant quote based on your selection. We offer pickups for our luxury shoe repair dubai and shoe repair abu dhabi, or you can choose to drop them off at our workshop in Dubai. We use a third party company for local deliveries all over UAE.
- Once we've reviewed your order, we will whatsapp or email you with instructions for getting your footwear to us. If you live in Dubai, you'll have the option to drop the shoes off at our workshop or get it delivered to us with our third party delivery provider. Otherwise, you'll be able to drop it off at a local Post office, where it will be packaged and shipped over to us.
- Once we receive your sneakers, we'll repair/clean and return it to you based on the mode of delivery you selected.
How long does the process take?
Shoe cleaning & repairs are normally completed within 1–2 weeks of receiving them at our workshop. This varies depending on the work required and the workload in the workshop. You'll also need to factor in shipping time (we are in Dubai, UAE)
