Leather shoe cleaning

How do I get my shoes cleaned?
It’s all very quick and easy — promise!
- Get in touch with us via whatsapp and send us photos of your shoes that need cleaning and repairs. You’ll get an instant quote based on your selection. You can choose to either proceed with a pick-up or drop them off at our workshop in Dubai. We use a third party company for local deliveries all over UAE.
- Once we’ve reviewed your order, we will whatsapp or email you with instructions for getting your sneakers to us. If you live in Dubai, you’ll have the option to drop the shoes off at our workshop or get it delivered to us with our third party delivery provider. Otherwise, you’ll be able to drop it off at a local Post office, where it will be packaged and shipped over to us.
- Once we receive your sneakers, we’ll repair/clean and return it to you based on the mode of delivery you selected.
How long does the process take?
Sneaker cleaning & repairs are normally completed within 1–2 weeks of receiving them at our workshop. This varies depending on the work required and the workload in the workshop. You’ll also need to factor in shipping time (we are in Dubai, UAE)
What sorts of materials do you use for shoe cleaning and repairs?
For all our bag repair & restoration services, we only use the highest quality materials and cleaning products. We also carry high quality genuine Italian leather and hardware which is subject to availability.
