How do I get my Dior bag repaired?
It’s all very quick and easy — promise!
- Get in touch with us via whatsapp and send us photos of your Dior products and describe the work you’d like done to the bag. You’ll get an instant quote based on your selection. You can choose to either proceed with a pick-up or drop them off at our workshop in Dubai.
- Once we’ve reviewed your order, we will whatsapp or email you with instructions for getting your Dior bag to us. If you live in UAE, you’ll have the option to drop the bag off at our workshop or get in delivered to us with our third party delivery provider. Otherwise, you’ll be able to drop it off at a local Post office, where it will be packaged and shipped over to us.
- Once we receive your bag, we’ll repair and return it to you based on the mode of delivery you selected.
How long does the process take?
Dior Bag repair & restorations are normally completed within 1–2 weeks of receiving them at our workshop. This varies depending on the work required and the workload in the workshop. You’ll also need to factor in shipping time (we are in Dubai, UAE)
