How do I get my Dior shoe repaired?

It’s all very quick and easy — promise!

Get in touch with us via whatsapp and send us photos of your Dior products and describe the work you’d like done to the shoes. You’ll get an instant quote based on your selection. You can choose to either proceed with a pick-up or drop them off at our workshop in Dubai.
Once we’ve reviewed your order, we will whatsapp or email you with instructions for getting your Dior shoes to us. If you live in UAE, you’ll have the option to drop the shoes off at our workshop or get in delivered to us with our third party delivery provider. Otherwise, you’ll be able to drop it off at a local Post office, where it will be packaged and shipped over to us.
Once we receive your shoes, we’ll repair and return it to you based on the mode of delivery you selected.

How long does the process take?

Dior repair & restorations are normally completed within 1–2 weeks of receiving them at our workshop. This varies depending on the work required and the workload in the workshop. You’ll also need to factor in shipping time (we are in Dubai, UAE)

What sorts of materials do you use in your Dior shoe cleaning and repair?

For all our Dior shoe repair & restoration services, we only use the highest quality materials and cleaning products. We also carry high quality genuine Italian leather and hardware which is subject to availability.
