- Get in touch with us via whatsapp and send us photos of your handbag for cleaning or bag repair and describe the work you’d like done to the bag. You’ll get an instant quote based on your selection. You can choose to either proceed with a pick-up or drop them off at our workshop in Dubai.
- Once we’ve reviewed your order, we will whatsapp you with instructions for getting your bag to us. If you live in UAE, you’ll have the option to drop the bag off at our workshop or get in delivered to us with our third party delivery provider. For international orders, we can arrange a DHL pickup.
- Once we receive your bag, we’ll repair and return it to you based on the mode of delivery you selected.
How long does the process take?
Bag repairs are normally completed within 1–2 weeks of receiving them at our workshop. Bag cleaning normally takes anywhere from 3-7 business days. Turnaround time can vary based on the complexity of the repair and our current workload. Additionally, please account for shipping time, as our workshop is based in Dubai, UAE.
