  It is with pleasure that I recommend these guys. Friendly and attentive service from start to finish. Fantastic zip replacement for my LV work bag. They also touched up some of the tired edges.   I would highly, highly recommend the Italian Shoe Factory. My shoes (a limited piece by Louis Vuitton) broke years ago. I took it to the LV boutique and I was told that they don’t fix shoes. I tried taking it to a shop to see if they can fix but was told that they can’t fix it too! Recently, I learned about the Italian Shoe Factory and I am so happy that I got to know about it.

I took my LV shoes to the Italian Shoe Factory and not only they fixed my shoes very well, but they returned it to me polished excellently like a new shoes. I am so impressed by the excellent quality of their service. The management and staff are very professional and kind—I truly enjoyed meeting them. What a wonderful team indeed!
